SALISBURY — Naming economic development and the city’s relationship with Rowan County as top priorities, Brian Miller is running for a third term on Salisbury City Council.
Miller, 44, a banker with BB&T, said his focus since 2009 has been to make Salisbury more attractive to potential investors and leverage public and private investment to increase the city’s tax base.
