SALISBURY — After a three-month undercover investigation into the sale and distribution of crack cocaine and opioid-based pain medication, a sex offender called “Weasel” and a woman were arrested Tuesday by the Rowan County Sheriff’s Office.

Throughout the undercover investigation, Oglesby and Lewis were accompanied by minor children on many occasions during drug transactions. The Sheriff’s Office is coordinating this part of the investigation with the Rowan County Department of Social Services.
