Cole ~ Williams

RALEIGH – Katherine Elizabeth Cole and Kiel Ferebee Williams were united in marriage June 8, 2013, at Raleigh Rose Garden. The Rev. George Tissiere officiated the 5 p.m. ceremony, which was followed by a reception in the Sitti Restaurant courtyard in downtown Raleigh.
The bride was escorted by her brother, Matthew Cole, and attended by Stephanie Dylewski of Atlanta, Ga., as maid of honor.
Larry Williams stood as his son’s best man.
The bride is the daughter of Lynn and the late Charlie Cole of Hendersonville, Tenn. A graduate of T.C. Roberson High School in Asheville, she received her undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington and earned her master’s in teaching from North Carolina State University. Katie is employed by Roger Bell Elementary School in Havelock.
The groom is the son of Larry and Billie Williams of Mocksville and the grandson of the late Ophelia Ferebee of Mocksville and Melba Williams of Lake Butler, Fla. A graduate of West Rowan High School, Kiel received a degree in Political Science from NCSU and is employed by Biomet Orthopedics.
Following a wedding trip to St. John, U.S. Virgin Isles, the couple are making their home in New Bern.
