Spencer Police investigate kidnapping

SPENCER — Spencer Police are investigating a kidnapping that occurred late Thursday night and that ended at Walmart in Salisbury. The incident was reported to law enforcement at 11 p.m. Thursday and occurred sometime before that then. It is not clear where the incident occurred and no motive was given. No one was injured, but there was one victim, said Spencer Police Chief Michael James. No arrest has been made. No other details were available.
