EAST SPENCER — Firefighters were responding to a reported structure fire early this morning at 1016 Butler St.
The first firefighters on the scene near the intersection of Butler and Barbour streets reported the single-story wood frame structure was fully involved at 12:45 a.m. It was thought to be an abandoned structure and crews took up a defensive approach to battling the blaze.
