City wants your thoughts on housing
SALISBURY — What do you think about housing availability in Salisbury?
The city would like your opinion and invites resident to complete the 2013 Housing Needs Survey.
The survey is part of a sustainability initiative that includes Salisbury and many other communities in the region. The Connect Our Future project, led by the Centralina Council of Governments, aims to prepare a regional growth framework that grows jobs and the economy, improves quality of life and controls the cost of government.
The project is supported by a U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development Sustainable Communities Grant and local in-kind public and private matching resources.
As part of the Connect Our Future project, the Centralina Council of Governments is preparing a comprehensive regional housing strategy.
Survey responses will remain anonymous, and it should take less than 15 minutes to complete.
