Kannapolis police charge man with habitual drunk driving

KANNAPOLIS — Kannapolis police arrested a Bringle Ferry Road man on Lane Street Saturday and charged him with habitual impaired driving.

Timothy Don Graham, 53, of Salisbury is jailed under $25,000 bond in the Rowan County Detention Center. He is scheduled to appear in court Friday in Cabarrus County.

Graham has had three driving while impaired convictions, authorities said, in 2004, 2005 and 2008 in multiple counties.
