Granite-Faith Police wanted list

A man on the Granite Quarry-Faith Police Authority most wanted list has been arrested, but officials are still looking for a number of people on outstanding warrants.

The Kannapolis Police Department arrested William Joseph Foshay, 25, on Wednesday. Foshay was charged with felony possession of stolen goods, failure to appear for driving while impaired, and four warrants for probation violation. The Granite Quarry-Faith Police Department is attempting to locate the following individuals who have outstanding warrants for arrest:


• Wesley James Morton, 23, 5 feet, 10 inches tall, 170 pounds. Charge: failure to appear for driving while license revoked and felony probation violation.

• Serena Christine Dyer, 26, 5 feet, 7 inches tall, 160 pounds. Charge: driving while license revoked, failure to appear on driving while impaired, and probation violation.

• Takita Marie Pharr, 24, 5 feet, 5 inches tall, 140 pounds. Charge: failing to appear in court on a charge of aid and abet larceny, failure to return rental property and probation violation.
