Salisbury man charged in Thursday drug raid

Salisbury Police charged a North Main Street man with drug possession following a Thursday afternoon raid on his home. Jon Ross Gregory Jr., 24, of the 800 block of North Main Street, Salisbury, was charged with possession with intent to sell and deliver a controlled schedule IV substance and possession with intent to sell and deliver a controlled schedule VI substance, both felonies. He was also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Police served a search warrant at the North Main Street home and found one ounce of marijuana, 39 Xanax pills, digital scales and smoking pipes.


Ross was convicted in 2009 of misdemeanor drug possession and in 2008 with felony breaking and entering, carrying a concealed weapon, misdemeanor drug possession. He remains in the county jail under a $10,000 secured bond.
