East Spencer plans vigil for victims of abuse, families

EAST SPENCER — The town of East Spencer is planning a candlelight vigil and balloon release Friday, 7-8 p.m. around town hall for “those who have lost loved ones along the way due to abuse.”

A press release says, “You may be in need of peace and hope. Instead of hanging your head down, come get love and support from your town.”
