Sacred Heart Catholic School is sponsoring a Visitor’s Day on Tuesday, April 23 from 9 a.m.-noon and 2-6 p.m. This is open to any student (pre-kindergarten through eighth grade) and their parents who want to find out what Sacred Heart is all about. No reservation is necessary for Visitor’s Day. All guests will be able to tour the campus, observe teachers and students, meet faculty and ask questions.

In addition to Visitor’s Day, Sacred Heart is sponsoring a Middle School Shadow Day on Wednesday, April 24, from 8:45 a.m.-12:45 p.m. Reservations are required and can be made by calling the school office at 704-633-2841 or by emailing Robin Fisher at shcsnews@gmail.com. This is open to all interested rising sixth-, seventh- and eighth-graders. Visiting middle school students will be able to shadow with another student and observe classrooms, meet teachers and other students, tour the campus, have lunch in the cafeteria and ask questions.

Sacred Heart has a long history in Rowan County (more than 131 years) of providing quality education. All students receive instruction in language arts, mathematics, social studies, science, religion, Spanish, technology, library science, art/art history, music/music history, health and physical education. All students have a full sized gymnasium complete with basketball and volleyball courts, locker rooms, two outdoor soccer fields and outdoor play areas with two playground sets.
