Rowan Sheriff’s Office updates most wanted list

Forsyth County law enforcement arrested a Cleveland man Friday ending a three-month search for the registered sex offender when he failed to notify officials here with an address change.

Jesse Brian Harris’ Friday arrest also meant the 23-year-old can be crossed off the Rowan County Sheriff’s Most Wanted list.


The agency has updated its list adding the following:

• Tommy Mack Small, Jr., 33, height 5’10”, weight 200

Last known location: Asheboro. (Also wanted in Lincoln County)

Charge: December 2012, felony breaking, entering and larceny

• Jeremy Chad Simmons, 32, height 6’ weight: 235

Last known location: Salisbury. (Also wanted in Iredell and Guilford counties)

Charge: March 2013, felony financial card theft and fraud

Christopher Dontrell Moore, 21, height 5’5” weight 145

Last known location: Corriher Heights Avenue, China Grove

Charge: March 2013, felony breaking, entering and larceny

John Brian Williams, 48, height 6’1” weight 200

Last known location: Matthews

Charge: November 2012, obtaining property by false pretenses

Maurice Boyd Woodward, 49, height 6’ weight 215

Charge: February 2007, possession with the intent to sell and deliver schedule II cocaine, sell and deliver schedule II cocaine, possession of firearm by a felon

• Jose Antonio Betancourt, 36, height 5’6” weight 170

Last known location: Kannapolis

Charge: February 2003, murder

Arturo Sanchez Rosales, 35, height 6’ weight 265

Last known location: Salisbury

Charge: First-degree sex offense, two counts statutory rape

• Zayur Solorio Pineda, 34, height 5’6” weight 145

Last known location: Yadkinville

Charge: September 2000, three counts trafficking in cocaine, possession with intent to sell and deliver cocaine

Debra Veniece Walker, 55, height 5’7” weight 150

Last known location: Salisbury

Charge: April 2005, two counts trafficking in heroin, two counts possession with intent to sell and deliver controlled substance.
