Heather Casper and Alan and Wendy Livengood of Salisbury announce the engagement of their daughter, Alexis Livengood, to PFC Adam Hunter Locklair, son of Gene and Nancy Locklair of Salisbury.

The couple will marry March 23 at Trinity Wesleyan Church in Salisbury. A reception will follow at the Heritage Room in downtown Salisbury.
