Sarah Lipscomb

A daughter, Sarah Kathryn, was born to Erik and Kathryn S. Lipscomb of Salisbury on December 14, 2012, at Rowan Regional Medical Center. She weighed 6 pounds, 13 ounces. She has a sister, Elizabeth, 2. Grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Robert S. Setzer and Mary Lou Lipscomb, all of Salisbury, and John G. Lipscomb of New London. Great-grandparent is Cecil F. Gilkerson of Harrisonburg, Va.

Lila Hansel

A daughter, Lila Mireille-Elizabeth, was born to Tony and Nikki Blume Hansel of Bethesda, Md. on January 18, 2013, at Inova Hospital of Alexandria, Va. She weighed 7 pounds, 4 ounces. She has two sisters, Olivia, 6, and Stella, 3. Grandparents are Walter and Mireille Hansel of Silver Springs, Md., Scott and Kim Johnson of Salisbury and the late John Scott Blume. Great-grandparents are Betty Blume of Salisbury and Catherine Ake Johnson of Ocean City, N.J.

Addyson Stebe

A daughter, Addyson Michele, was born to Kurt and Tina Stebe of Sylva on February 2, 2013, at Harris Regional Hospital of Sylva. She weighed 7 pounds, 7 ounces. She has a brother, Cameron, 2. Grandparents are Beth and Glenn Stebe of Salisbury and Joseph Smith of Cullowhee. Great-grandparent is Marianne Wengler of Wantagh, N.Y.
