Chamber a great resource for Rowan County businesses

If any business, especially home-based, is struggling to get your name in front of potential clients, I strongly suggest you take a very good look at the Rowan County Chamber of Commerce.


I made the decision to join last year and it has been one of the best decisions I have ever made for my business. The networking opportunites have been incredible and I have profited in so many ways, I don’t have room to describle here. Call them now; you’ll be glad you did.

Taking back the country

Regarding Allan Gilmour’s Jan. 24 letter:

He made some good points, but where is he going with this? Take back the country from whom, Allan?

We just had an election; America spoke — but it was not the America you wanted to hear. The country is changing; change with it, or you may just have to stay home.
