Rowan-Salisbury Schools are closed.

Sacred Heart Catholic School is closed.

Smart Start Rowan is on a three-hour delay.

Salisbury Academy is now closed.

North Hills Christian School is closed.

Rockwell Christian School is closed.

Kannapolis City Schools are closed, after initially planning a two-hour delay.

Cabarrus County Schools are closed.

Catawba College will open at 10 a.m.

Rowan-Cabarrus Community College will open at 10 a.m.

Livingstone College is on a two-hour delay.

Pfeiffer University is on a two-hour delay.

Iredell-Statesville Schools are on a two-hour delay.

Mooresville Schools are on a two-hour delay.

DaVita Dialysis is on a two-hour delay.

Farrington Family Medical Center will open at 10 a.m.

Rowan Express and Rowan Transit System are not operating.

Salisbury Urology is opening 1 and 1/2 hours late.

VA Medical Centers — Charlotte, Winston-Salem and Hickory outpatient clinics patient appointments will be cancelled through noon on Friday. The Salisbury outpatient clinics patient appointments will be cancelled through 10 a.m. on Friday. Surgeries scheduled for Friday, 1/18/2013 are not being cancelled. Enon Baptist after school care closed.

Grace Academy, Rockwell, is closed.

Meals on Wheels will not be delivered today.
