This will be an exclusive showing of photographs by amateur and professional photographers, ages 18 and up, in this region. The Carolina Artists has selected Bill Ward, award-winning photographer of 50 years, as chairman of Photo Expo 2013.
The Photo Expo is scheduled for March 6, 7 and 8, at the Salisbury Civic Center, 315 S. Martin Luther King Jr. Ave. Cash prizes, photography products and ribbons will be awarded to the photographers judged the best. The entry fee for Carolina Artists members is $20 to enter up to five photographs. The fee for non-members is $30 to enter up to three photographs. Members and non-members may enter additional photographs at $5 per entry.
Photographs will be entered in various categories of color photography, as well as a black and white division. We invite amateur and professional photographers alike from Salisbury and surrounding areas to sign up for Photo Expo 2013, and bring your best work to exhibit.
