If you're a parent, you're probably familiar with a certain papery fellow named Flat Stanley. He's probably traveled with you on trips, if you have elementary school-age children, and been photographed having various adventures.
Now, Flat Stanley is about to become three-dimensional on the stage of the Norvell Theatre in "The Musical Adventures of Flat Stanley Jr.," and audiences will get the low-down on how Stanley became Flat Stanley.
Initially Stanley Lambchop (played by Carson Sifford) was your basic, everyday 10-year-old, with a pretty regular life. But it was all just a bit too normal and boring for Stanley. He gets a hankering to travel the world and do amazing things.
And one night, a bulletin board above his bed falls on top of him, and Stanley wakes up - you guessed it - flat as a pancake.
In an attempt to find a solution for his predicament, Stanley begins to travel the world, finding himself having some very abnormal adventures - like thwarting a robbery at the Louvre in Paris and surfing in Honolulu.
