Dillon Austin Beaver, 17, of Troop 591, received his Eagle Scout Award June 3, 2012, at Crown Pointe Baptist Church. The award was presented by Scoutmaster Randy Shue.
Dillon has earned 48 merit badges; is Senior Patrol Leader of his troop; is a member of Order of the Arrow; and has earned the God and Life Award.
He is the son of Tim and Laurie Beaver and Garlina Hendrix of Salisbury.
