Okra, corn and tomatoes are still plentiful and there are a variety of ways to prepare these homegrown fresh vegetables. Toi Degree, Family and Consumer Sciences Agent with the Cooperative Extension Office in Rowan County was at the Salisbury Farmers Market last Saturday.
