Hurley Y's Family Week activities start today

The Hurley Family YMCA will host family events and fitness classes starting today and continuing through Nov. 29 as part of National Family Week.
Activities will include:
- Monday: Body Jam, Hip Hop, Family Zumba and Jump Rope classes.
- Tuesday: XRKade Family Fusion Fun, an interactive exergaming experience with contests and prizes. Snowboarding, skateboarding, boxing, dance revolution and other games will be on tap.
- Friday, Nov. 28: Families are invited to bring their swimming floats and chill in the family fun pool from 6 to 8 p.m.
The Y encourages residents to strengthen the connections they have with their families and communities. For more information, call the YMCA at 704-636-0111.
