Fire, rescue personnel train in joint bus “incident” at county fairgrounds

Fire and rescue personnel spent much of Saturday training at the Rowan County fairgrounds in a bus extrication scenario. The joint training exercise was designed to educate responders on the best ways to react to a significant crash.
