A rewarding career is rewarded: Thomas receives Order of the Long Leaf Pine

Mark Wineka/Salisbury Post Donna T. Thomas of Salisbury recently received the Order of the Long Leaf Pine, one of the highest honors the governor can bestow on a citizen. Thomas is retiring Thursday as supervisor of the Salisbury office of the Children’s Developmental Services Agency.
