10-year-old recalls crash: ‘I thought it was a dream’

Charles Jr., a 4th grader at Overton Elementary School, was one of nine passengers in an SUV that crashed along South Rowan Ave. in Spencer recently. Six of those passengers including the driver died from injuries resulting from the crash. Spencer Police department has released information from the investigation.
