10-year-old recalls crash: ‘I thought it was a dream’

    Charles Patrick jr. shows a photo of himself on his father's phone that was taken at Rowan Regional Medical Center the night of the car accident that he was in. Charles Jr., a 4th grader at Overton Elementary School, was one of nine passengers in an SUV that crashed along South Rowan Ave. in Spencer recently. Six of those passengers including the driver died from injuries resulting from the crash. Spencer Police department has released information from the investigation.
