Agner ~ Maloney Engagement
Mr. and Mrs. Rodney Agner of Salisbury announce the engagement of their daughter, Sara Elizabeth, to Kyle Maloney, son of Ann King Maloney of Matthews and Phil Maloney of Harrisburg.Ê
Sara is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Carl R. Eagle and Mr. and Mrs. James A. Agner Jr., all of Salisbury. A 2006 honor graduate of Columbia City High School and a 2010 graduate of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, she received her Master of Arts in Gerontology from UNCC in 2012 and is a care manager with Lutheran Services Carolinas.Ê
Kyle is the grandson of Agnes King of Matthews and Anita Maloney of Didcot, Oxfordshire, Great Britain. Kyle, a 2000 graduate of Central Cabarrus High School, graduated cum laude from UNCC with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice in 2008. He is a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve and is employed as a deputy by the Rowan County SheriffÕs Department.
ÊAn April 6 wedding is planned at St. MatthewÕs Lutheran Church.
