Shavonne Potts/Salisbury Post This new Rowan County Sheriff’s Office vehicle is driven by School Resource Officer Scott Flowers. The Camaro was paid through seizures following a gang arrest a few months ago and is used for the Gang Resistance Education and Training (G.R.E.A.T.) program.
