Rowan County Youth Football League was hosted at Corriher-Lipe Middle School's field Oct. 23.

It was a clear day for football, without a cloud in the sky.

Highlights of the day included pink attire to support breast cancer awareness.

The Carson High Rock Church Bengals 5th/6th grade team won it's second game this season by not going for an extra point tie but a two point conversion for the win.

Next weeks games will include several play-in games for the playoff standing, with several teams still in the playoff mix in both 3rd/4th and 5th/6th.  Games are one hour ahead from the old RCYFL schedule.

Games this week will again be at Corriher-Lipe, visit RCYFL.org for new game times and standings.
