Landis Explosion

The 12-under South Rowan Explosions girls’ softball team from Landis won the 2010 Top Gun spring state championship in Concord recently. The team swept through the

tournament undefeated. Team players are, Front row, from left: Rachel Freeze, Sara Freeze and Caitlin Waters. Second row: Alexis Allen, Ashlee Bracewell, Choyce Neal, Beth Ann Martin, Casey Pruitt, Kamryn Stamey, Caroline Hubbard and Sammi Kennerly. (Not pictured Ashley Safin). Coaches for the Explosion are Doug Pruitt, Kirk Hubbard, Terry Freeze and Nathan Martin.
