Disposition of cases heard May 23 in Rowan Superior Administrative Court by Judge Joseph Crosswhite:

• Failure to notify Department of Motor Vehicles of address change – Lane Donnell Means Jr., pay court cost and $50 fine; Haywood Maxwell Cope III, pay court cost, $50 fine and $300 CAAF.
• Felony breaking or entering a motor vehicle – Gary Barnhardt, 6-8 months, suspended, 24 months supervised probation, pay court cost, $100 fine, $522.50 CAAF and $425 restitution, submit to warrantless searches and drug testing, not use/possess illegal controlled substance, complete 24 hours CSW and pay fee, have no contact with victim, obtain substance abuse assessment, CSW and assessment to be stricken if he enrolls in TROSA, submit DNA sample.
• Felony robbery with dangerous weapon – Tommie Raynard Ferrens, two charges, 50-69 months, jail credit, DART program recommended, restitution a civil judgment, also felony attempted robbery with dangerous weapon and assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury, 50-69 months at expiration of first sentence, DART program recommended, also felony attempted breaking or entering building, VD.
• Attempted conspiracy to traffic in opium or heroin – Todd Clayton Hagans, also felony breaking and/or entering and felony larceny after breaking/entering, 29-44 months, DART program recommended, have no contact with victim, restitution a civil judgment.
• Misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia – Charles Therman James, VD.
• Larceny from the person – Harley Moore, 8-10 months, suspended, 30 months supervised probation including intensive probation the first 6 months, obtain substance abuse assessment and abide by recommendations, have no contact with victim, provide DNA sample, pay court cost, $200 fine and $76 restitution.
• Misdemeanor criminal contempt – Myrtle Truesdale, 5 days, jail credit.
