- Reunion, descendents of George E. and Lina Simmons Bost, Sunday, Trinity Wesleyan Church, Mooresville Road. Covered dish lunch, 1 p.m.

- Clogging workshop sponsored by Ginger Fagan and Crescent Cloggers Friday and Saturday, City Park Recreation Center. Classes include traditional clogging and line dancing routines, beginners to advanced. Fun dance Friday 6-9 p.m., classes Saturday 8 a.m.-4 p.m. $25 for weekend, pay at door.
