- Driving while impaired — Russell Lee Davis III, six months, suspended, two years probation, $250 fine, court cost, 72 hours CSW, also possession of drug paraphernalia, 45 days at expiration of first sentence, suspended, 18 months probation, $100 fine, court cost, evidence to be destroyed, also simple possession of Schedule VI controlled substance, VD; Jennifer W. Loudin, 120 days, suspended, two years probation in Davie County, $200 fine, court cost, CAAF, 48 hours CSW, also felony possession of Schedule IV controlled substance, 45 days at expiration of first sentence, suspended, 24 months probation in Davie County, $50 fine, court cost, CAAF, evidence to be destroyed, also no operator's insurance, VD, also expired/ no inspection sticker, VD.

- Felony assault with a deadly weapon/serious injury — Laura Danielle Graney, PC, no contact with victim.

- Possession of up to ¾ ounce of marijuana — Shawn Antonio Gray, two charges consolidated, 15 days, suspended, one year probation, $50 fine, court cost, evidence to be destroyed.

- Felony breaking and/or entering — Ramond Watson Hellard, Angela Hellard Powlas, also felony larceny, NPC.

- Felony second-degree kidnapping — James Lamount Houpe, PC, also assault on a female, 120 days, suspended, 18 months probation, $100 fine, court cost, no contact with victim, complete domestic violence/abuser program, NA.

- Felony possession of Schedule II controlled substance — Danny Lee Miller, 5-7 months, credit time served, restitution, CAAF, DART program; Timothy Alan Perkins, 8-10 months, suspended, 24 months probation including six months intensive probation, $100 fine, court cost, CAAF, 50 hours CSW, evidence to be destroyed, DNA sample, also resisting public officer and possession of drug paraphernalia, VD; Jon Barry Rogers, WPC, also possession of drug paraphernalia, VD.

- Felony financial card theft — Karen Milner (also known as Karen Millner), NPC.

- Felony larceny — Molly Alicia Molina, five charges, 8-10 months, suspended, 36 months probation, $100 fine, court cost, CAAF, restitution, remain away from victims and Knox Middle School, also breaking or entering a motor vehicle, five charges injury to personal property, felony breaking and/or entering and felony larceny after breaking/entering, VD in all eight cases.

- Misdemeanor breaking and entering — Justin Derek Neal, 45 days, suspended, 24 months probation, $50 fine, court cost, restitution, remain away from victim and people named by probation officer.

- Misdemeanor possession of Schedule II controlled substance — Jessica Ann Pierce, 12 months probation, $100 fine court cost, CAAF, 24 hours CSW, drug education class, also felony trafficking in opium or heroin, NPC, also felony possession of Schedule IV controlled substance, VD, also felony larceny by employee, VD.

- Felony possession of between 1¾ and ¾ ounces of marijuana — Antonio David Ruiz, 12 months probation, $100 fine, court cost, CAAF, 24 hours CSW, also possession of drug paraphernalia, VD.

- Felony assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill and inflict serious injury — Michael Ray Trapp, PC, no contact with victim.

- Felony possession of stolen motor vehicle — Mandrail J. Woodbury, WPC, also resisting public officer, VD.

- Making false statement in applying for license — Reecie Carol I. Wright, PJC/C.
