- Dunbar School Alumni Association is currently conducting a membership drive. Interested former students, teachers, administrators and spouses should contact Gretta H. Saunders, 704-633-8983.

- Car wash, 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Saturday, Bank of America parking lot, Statesville Boulevard. Sponsored by Salisbury Kings Basketball Team to raise funds to attend national competition in Orlando, Fla.

- High School Musical 2, presented by students of McGill Music Studio 1 p.m. Friday at Milford Hills Methodist Church. $6.
