- Felony larceny — Lee Anthony Chatfield, 8-10 months, suspended, 24 months probation, special probation of 60 days in jail, $500 fine, court cost, restitution, CAAF, DNA sample, remain away from Pop Shoppe, not assault, threaten, harass or contact Doris Smith and Christy Briggs; Ross Alan Sheehan Jr., also possession of drug paraphernalia, 8-10 months, suspended, 24 months probation, court cost, restitution, CAAF, DNA sample, evidence to be destroyed, no contact with victim/family.

- Felony false bomb report in public building — Trey Nicholas Collins, 6-8 months, suspended, 36 months probation, court cost, CAAF, 72 hours CSW, DNA sample, remain away from Salisbury High School, not possess cell phone or firearms, psychological evaluation.

- Felony manufacturing marijuana — Joshua Dunaway, Jerry Harwood, WPC, also possession of drug paraphernalia, VD.

- Driving while impaired — Terry L. Eller, 12 months at expiration of any other sentence, NA, also felony assault with a deadly weapon on government official, WPC, also felony fleeing/eluding arrest with motor vehicle, WPC, also driving while license revoked, aggressive driving and speeding, VD.

- Felony possession of cocaine — Herbert Eugene Ellis, 5-6 months, also simple possession of Schedule VI controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia, VD; Elijah Lawson Jr., 5-6 months, suspended, 24 months probation, $500 fine, court cost, $300 lab fee, CAAF, DNA sample, evidence to be destroyed, also simple possession of Schedule III controlled substance, VD.

- Misdemeanor possession of Schedule II controlled substance — Don Bradley Josey, 30 days, suspended, 18 months probation, $300 fine, court cost, evidence to be destroyed.

- Felony possession with intent to sell and deliver cocaine — Terry Brad Joyner, WPC; Allen Mills, 16-20 months, CAAF and $300 lab fee condition of early/work release, also felony selling Schedule II controlled substance, VD; Stevie Linn Torrence, PC.

- Felony common law robbery — Emily Cheryl Kepley, NPC.

- Felony uttering forged instrument — Amy Brown Lewis, 12 charges, 6-8 months in six cases, suspended, two years probation, court cost, CAAF, restitution, remain away from Food Lion in Rowan County, DNA sample, not assault, threaten, harass or contact victim Susan Carpenter, not maintain checking account, 6-8 months in other six cases at expiration of first sentence, suspended, two years probation, same conditions, also 12 charges felony forgery of instrument, VD in all cases, also two charges driving while license revoked, 45 days at expiration of second sentence, suspended, two years probation, 48 hours CSW, same conditions.

- Habitual impaired driving — Scott Allen Mays, WPC, also driving while impaired, driving while license revoked, possessing open container/consuming alcohol in passenger area, hit-run/failure to stop/property damage and failure to stop for stop sign/flashing red light, VD.

- Felony possession of weapon of mass destruction — Brian Alexander Melendez, WPC.

- Felony statutory rape/sex offense/defendant between 4 and 6 years older than victim — Dante Mitchell, PC.

- Felony possession of firearm by felon — Mario Andre Partee, WPC.

- Possession of stolen goods/property — Michael Jean Peyton, 20 days, suspended, one year probation, court cost, CAAF, restitution, no contact with victim, family or home.

- Felony conspiring to sell/deliver cocaine — Christopher Streater, PC, also felony possession with intent to manufacture, sell, deliver Schedule II controlled substance, PC, also simple possession of Schedule VI controlled substance, 15 days, credit one day served.

- Felony trafficking in cocaine — Isaac Jerome Streater, two charges, also felony possession with intent to manufacture, sell, deliver marijuana, WPC in all three cases, also resisting public officer, VD.
