- Misdemeanor possession of stolen goods — Stephen Eugene Vernon, 90 days, restitution, also felony breaking and/or entering, VD, also felony larceny after breaking/entering, VD.

- Felony assault by strangulation — Anthony Louis Wallace, 8-10 months, also misdemeanor assault on a female, 150 days at expiration of first sentence, suspended, 24 months probation, court cost, CAAF, DNA sample, not contact and remain 100 yards away from victim, also interfering with emergency communication, and five charges domestic criminal trespassing, VD in all six cases.
