- Attempted trafficking, opium or heroin — Reginald Lamont Best, two charges, 17-21 months, suspended, 36 months supervised probation including six months intensive probation, 50 hours CSW and pay fee, pay $350 fine, SBI lab fee and CAAF, warrantless searches, not use, possess illegal controlled substance, not violate any laws, evidence to be destroyed, submit DNA sample, also felony possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver Schedule II controlled substance, felony possession with intent to sell/deliver marijuana and felony maintaining vehicle/dwelling/place to keep controlled substance, 8-10 months at expiration of first sentence, suspended, 36 months supervised probation including six months intensive probation to run concurrently with first judgment, same terms and conditions as first judgment; Judy Lewis Suddeth, four charges, also felony possession with intent to sell/deliver Schedule III controlled substance, 15-18 months, suspended, 30 months supervised probation including six months intensive probation, pay court cost, $350 fine and SBI lab fee, warrantless searches, not use/possess illegal controlled substance, not violate any state or federal laws, submit DNA sample, also second charge felony possession with intent to sell/deliver Schedule III controlled substance, 6-8 months at expiration of first sentence, suspended, 30 months supervised probation, same terms and conditions as first judgment including six months intensive probation which is to run concurrently.

- Felony maintaining vehicle/dwelling/place to keep controlled substance — Robin Blackwood, 4-5 months, suspended, 18 months supervised probation, pay court cost, $200 fine and CAAF, warrantless searches, not use/possess illegal controlled substance, not violation any laws, evidence to be destroyed, submit DNA sample, also felony possession of firearm by felon, VD, also felony possession of Schedule II controlled substance, VD; Leroy Denard McNeair, VD.

- Felony possession of firearm by felon — Tracy Dayqwain Bost, 10-12 months, jail credit, also four charges felony larceny of a firearm, 6-8 months at expiration of first sentence, suspenced, 30 months supervised probation including six months intensive probation and 50 hours CSW, pay CSW fee, court cost, $300 fine, CAAF and restitution, no contact with any of the victims, not violate any laws and be of good general behavior, evidence to be returned to rightful owners, any remaining to be destroyed, also felony breaking or entering a motor vehicle and misdemeanor larceny, 4-5 months at expiration of second sentence, same terms and conditions as first judgment including six months intensive probation to run concurrently with first judgment without additional CSW, also felony breaking and/or entering, VD; Jason Scott Daniels, 16-20 months, suspended, 36 months supervised probation including six months intensive probation and 50 hours CSW, pay CSW fee, court cost, $300 fine and CAAF, weapon to remain with Rowan County Sheriff's Office until proper owners are determined, not violate any laws, submit DNA sample, also felony possession of stolen goods/property, VD.

- Felony possession with intent to sell/deliver Schedule I controlled substance — Victor Lynn Butler, also felony maintaining vehicle/dwelling/place to keep controlled substance, 9-11 months, jail credit, court recommends substance abuse assessment and any treatment deemed appropriate, CAAF, also felony trafficking, opium or heroin, VD.

- Felony possession of burglary tools — Joshua W. Dunaway, 4-5 months, suspended, 18 months supervised probation to transfer to Catawba County, pay court cost, $250 fine and CAAF, no contact with Jerry Harwood, not violate any laws, evidence to be destroyed, submit DNA sample, also felony manufacturing marijuana, VD.

- Misdemeanor sexual battery — Michael Manuel Flake, 75 days, suspended, 24 months supervised probation, pay court cost, $100 fine and CAAF, complete sexual offender's control program, may live with his minor child and stepchildren, Static 99 assessment to determine registration length, copy of assessment to be provided to state and defendant, register as a sex offender, not violate any state or federal laws and be of good general behavior.

- Felony selling Schedule II controlled substance — Adam C. Gobble, two charges, 13-16 months, suspended, 30 months supervised probation including four months intensive probation and 50 hours CSW, pay CSW fee, court cost, $300 fine, SBI lab fee, CAAF and restitution for Rowan County Sheriff's Office Special Funds, not violate any state or federal laws, review for progress in six months, also two charges felony possession with intent to sell/deliver Schedule II controlled substance, VD in both cases.

- Felony possession of cocaine — Timothy Lee Hamilton, 6-8 months, suspended, 24 months supervised probation including six months intensive probation, pay court cost, $250 fine, SBI lab fee and CAAF, warrantless searches, not use/possess illegal controlled substance, drug testing, not violate any state or federal laws, evidence to be destroyed; Julia Vette Robinson, 5-6 months, suspended, 24 months supervised probation including four months intensive probation and 50 hours CSW, pay CSW fee, court cost, $250 fine and SBI lab fee jointly with Leroy McNeair, warrantless searches, not use/possess illegal controlled substance, not violate any state or federal laws, evidence to be destroyed, also simple possession of Schedule VI controlled substance, VD.

- Failure to stop for stopped bus — Steven Keith Hunter, action abates due to death of defendant.

- Failure to notify Department of Motor Vehicles of address change — Connie Wilson Kizer, Billy Joe Webb, pay court cost and $50 fine.

- No operator's license — Lashune Topaze Little, 60 days, suspended, 18 months supervised probation, pay court cost and $75 fine, not operate motor vehicle until license restored, may transfer to unsupervised probation when all money is paid.

- Driving while impaired — Brian Eugene Mishak, 24 months, also felony possession of weapon by prisoner and felony larceny of motor vehicle, 10-12 months, jail credit, evidence to be destroyed, also operating vehicle with no insurance, resisting public officer and possessing fictitious/cancelled/revoked registration card/tag, 120 days, jail credit, also driving while license revoked, VD; Daryle Lynn Stamey, Andrew Jackson Thurston, order of remand; Christopher Terry Wilhelm, 120 days, suspended, 18 months supervised probation, pay court cost and $250 fine, obtain substance abuse assessment, not use/possess any illegal controlled substance or alcohol, drug testing, warrantless searches, maintain employment or provide doctor's proof of inability to work; Jerry Joe Frye, action abates due to death of defendant.

- Misdemeanor larceny — Wilma Lavaddie Parker, 120 days, suspended, 24 months supervised probation, pay court cost, $250 fine and CAAF, not go on/about Lowe's, not violate any state or federal laws.

- Misdemeanor breaking or entering — Joshua Aaron Senk, also misdemeanor larceny, 45 days, jail credit.

- Habitual impaired driving — Jeff Taylor Shields, 12-15 months, work release recommended if available.

- Misdemeanor ethnic intimidation — Zachary Ryan Troup, 45 days, suspended, 12 months supervised probation, pay court cost and CAAF.

- Driving while license revoked — Antoine Xavier Walters, 120 days, suspended, 36 months supervised probation to transfer to Forsyth County, pay court cost and $200 fine, not operate motor vehicle.

- Possessing open container after consuming alcohol — Lee Web Wilbanks, VD.

- Felony possession with intent to sell/deliver Schedule II controlled substance — Colt Clinton Yates, 6-8 months, suspended, 36 months supervised probation including six months intensive probation and 50 hours CSW, pay CSW fee, court cost, $350 fine, SBI lab fee and CAAF, SBI lab fee to be paid jointly with Derrick Yates, warrantless searches, not use/possess illegal controlled substance, not violate any state or federal law, evidence to be destroyed, submit DNA sample, also attempted trafficking, opium or heroin, 15-18 months at expiration of first sentence, suspended, 36 months supervised probation, same terms and conditions as first judgment, including six months intensive probation to run concurrently, also second charge attempted trafficking, opium or heroin, 15-18 months at expiration of second sentence, suspended, 36 months supervised probation, same terms and conditions as first judgment including six months intensive probation to run concurrently.

- Felony breaking and/or entering — Christopher O. Robinson, 19 charges, 10-12 months in three cases, jail credit, 10-12 months in seven more cases at expiration of first sentence, jail credit, 10-12 months in one case at expiration of second sentence, jail credit, 10-12 months in three more cases at expiration of third sentence, suspended, 60 months supervised probation including six months intensive probation and 50 hours CSW, pay CSW fee, court cost, $500 fine, CAAF and restitution, not violate any state or federal laws, be of good general behavior, submit DNA sample, also 10-12 months in three more cases at expiration of fourth sentence, suspended, 60 months supervised probation, same terms and conditions as judgment in fourth judgment with six months intensive probation to run concurrently, also 10-12 months in two more cases at expiration of fifth sentence, suspended, 60 months supervised probation, same terms and conditions as fourth judgment including six months intensive probation to run concurrently, also four charges felony attempted breaking or entering a building, 5-6 months at expiration of sixth sentence, suspended, 60 months supervised probation, same terms and conditions including six months intensive probation to run concurrently, also 11 charges felony larceny, 12 charges felony possession of stolen goods/property, three charges felony larceny after breaking/entering and one charge felony robbery with dangerous weapon, VD in all 27 cases.
