Stringed instrument classes offered at West Rowan for high school students

The Salisbury Symphony is offering instruction in violin, viola and cello for middle and high school students.
The classes, taught by professional violinist Mary Catherine Edwards, are held on Fridays in the band room at West Rowan High School.
Beginners meet from 3:45 to 4:45 p.m. and intermediate students meet from 2:30 to 3:30 p.m.
Beginning this week, classes will be held each Friday through May 4. The fee is $50.
