Among many family photographs Kyle Madison has been going through lately was this ‘Kamp At-Last’ picture. He says he is almost certain it was taken ‘along some creek near Spencer, since I am positive that is my Great Aunt Melva’s handwriting (with the note) ‘My Tent’ on it.’ He adds, ‘The old swimwear that the one woman is wearing and the old model T cars in a lot of the other photos makes me think that it was taken somewhere around 1920.’ Madison says the photograph will be included in a book he hopes to write. ‘When that will happen is still a mystery to me at this time,’ he says.
