Another casting call for TV pilot

If you’re tall with red hair, a preppy adult or Greek, you have a chance to appear as an extra on “Homeland,” a TV pilot.

The show has issued another broad casting call.

“Homeland,” a new Showtime pilot that begins shooting soon in the Charlotte region, is still seeking extras and stand-ins, including a 6-foot-1 white male with red hair and light eyes, preppy adults ages 25 to 55, fit military men ages 18 to 45 and men of Middle Eastern, Greek, Lebanese, Persian, Hispanic, Columbian, Indian and/or Turkish descent between the ages of 20 and 40.

In addition to looking for people of all types and ages — like “photographers with cameras” and “police and Secret Service types” — the casting directors also have specific parameters for people who will be used as stand-ins for the stars.

Even your car could land a spot on TV. If you are an adult of any age with an American-made 2000-2011 model-year car, they want you.

Interested extras and stand-ins can apply by e-mailing a current photo, along with name, address, phone number and e-mail address, as well as height, weight, hair and eye color, age, clothing sizes, availability, and skills or previous experience to homelandcasting@gmail.com.
