Lily Wallace

A daughter, Lily Ruth, was born to Amy Strickler Wallace of Salisbury on June 3, 2009, at Carolinas Medical Center NorthEast. She weighed 7 pounds, 3 ounces. She has three brothers, Brandon Adam, 9, Cody James, 8, and Trevor Lewis, 8. Grandparents are Jim and Dawn Strickler of Salisbury, and the late Nancy Ludwig Strickler.

Giovanni Cabrera-Boehm

A son, Giovanni Rey, was born to Jamie Lee Boehm and Oscar Cabrera De Leon of Salisbury on Oct. 9, 2009, at NorthEast Medical Center. He weighed 7 pounds, 5 ounces. He has two sisters, Julianna Ali Cabrera-Boehm, 2, and Ashley Khristine Carr, 4. Grandparents are Donald Jr. and Kathleen Boehm of Salisbury, Brenda Brinkman of Rockwell, and Reynaldo Cabrero and Emma De Leon of Durango, Mexico. Great-grandparents are Susan Benson and William and Delores Bloom, all of Falconer, N.Y., Donald Boehm Sr. of Ellicot, N.Y., Abigail Berumen of Durango, Mexico and Luciano Cabrera of Zacatas, Mexico.

Stella Hansel

A daughter, Stella Grace, was born to Tony and Nikki Blume Hansel on Sept. 27, 2009, at Inova Hospital in Alexandria, Va. She weighed 6 pounds, 9 ounces. She has a sister, Olivia Scott, 2. Grandparents are Scott and Kim Johnson of Salisbury, the late John Scott Blume, and Walter and Mirielle Hansel of Silver Springs, Md. Great-grandparents are Betty Blume of Salisbury and Catherine Ake Johnson of Ocean City, N.J.

Juliana Guirguis

A daughter, Juliana Erin, was born to Jennifer Starnes Guirguis and James Guirguis of Utica, N.Y. on Sept. 2, 2009, at St. Luke's Hospital. She weighed 7 pounds, 9 ounces. She has two sisters: Isabelle Marie, 4, and Lydia Marie, 2. Grandparents are Kim and Connie Starnes of Salisbury and Said and Minerva Guirguis of Clearwater Beach, Fla. Great-grandparents are Monroe and Peggy Miller and Marjorie Starnes, all of Salisbury, and Zezaf Awad of Alexandria, Egypt.

Parker Lahrmer

A son, Parker Aaron, was born to Robert and DeAnna Lahrmer of China Grove on Oct. 7, 2009, at Rowan Regional Medical Center. He weighed 8 pounds, 12 ounces. He has two brothers, Tyler, 15, and Tanner, 21 months. Grandparents are Garland and Brenda Graham of Salisbury and Lowell and Barbara Lahrmer of Mooresboro. Great-grandparents are Roudy Dudney of Salisbury and Horace and Elizabeth Edwards of Mooresboro.

Da'Miyah Jefferies-Litaker

A son, Da'Miyah Zonnigue, was born to Michael Litaker and Tyiea Jefferies of Salisbury on Aug. 23, 2009, at Rowan Regional Medical Center. He weighed 7 pounds, 1/2 an ounce. He has a brother, Da'Rius Zy'Quanja Jefferies-Litaker. Grandparents are Tracy Jefferies-Quillan, Gregory Oglesby, and Tracy Litaker, all of Salisbury. Great-grandparents are Aaron Peek, Katherine Rhodes, and Aaron Litaker, all of Salisbury, and Yvonne Edward.
