Man under $35,000 bond for drug charges

A Salisbury man is under a $35,000 secured bond after Salisbury Police say they found 15 crack rocks at his home.

Delvin Rashadd Davis, 33, of 1007 S. Church St., was charged with possession with intent to sell and deliver cocaine and possession of marijuana.

The Salisbury Police Department’s Narcotics Unit searched Davis’ home Thursday, finding the crack rocks and 7.2 grams of cocaine, a small amount of marijuana, weighing scales, plastic bags and other paraphernalia.

The street value for the narcotics taken from his home is estimated at $420.
