Theo Casey
SALISBURY — A 23-year-old man is out on bond after Salisbury Police charged him with raping a 13-year-old girl.
According to arrest reports, Theo Jamar Casey, 1300 Old Concord Road, was charged with felony first-degree rape and felony first-degree sexual offense.
Casey turned himself in at the police department Saturday night. He was given a $50,000 bond.
The teenager’s mother reported the incident to authorities after finding Facebook messages online, the arrest report said. She contacted Salisbury Police on Nov. 26.
