Jeffrey Shane Culbertson
KANNAPOLIS — A 19-year-old convicted sex offender is back in jail months after deputies said he violated probation.
Jeffrey Culbertson, 8480 Dogwood Drive, was arrested and charged with three counts of probation violation Tuesday afternoon.
He was convicted in September 2011 of five counts of felony statutory rape of a 13-year-old, according to the Rowan County Sheriff’s Office. Culbertson was sentenced to 60 months probation.
Culbertson was in jail Wednesday morning under a $25,000 bond.
