Shue McQueen Engagement

Mike and LuAnn Shue of Salisbury are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Christina Renee Shue, to Clark Franklin McQueen, both of Fuquay-Varina.

The bride-to-be is the granddaughter of Gladys and the late Elmer Shue and the late Deck and Elsie Phillips, all of Salisbury. A 2002 honor graduate of South Rowan High School, Christina graduated summa cum laude from Appalachian State University in 2006. She is a fourth-grade teacher at Salem Elementary School in Apex.

The future groom is the son of Craig and Julie McQueen of Holly Springs and the grandson of Lucille and the late Felton McQueen of Whiteville and Doris and the late Frank Redd of Charlotte. A 2003 graduate of Raleigh Charter School, Clark also studied at North Carolina State University and ASU. He is the manager of Homegrown Pizza in Holly Springs.

The couple will marry March 10 at All Saints Chapel in Raleigh.
