Blankenship Ebert Engagement

Mr. and Mrs. Malcolm Brittain Blankenship Jr. of Woodleaf are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Martha Ellen Blankenship, to Jamie Joseph Ebert.

Martha is a 2004 graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she studied history. While in college, she joined the United States Coast Guard Reserves and proudly served for eight years.   Martha currently works in logistics at Pitney Bowes in Raleigh.

Jamie is the son of Mr. Danny Joseph Ebert and Mrs. Kay Miller, of Wamego, Kansas. He studied business at Dodge City Community College where he attended on a football scholarship.  He and Martha are owners of a Durham-based shipping company, Ebert’s Pickup and Delivery.

They are planning a small ceremony with immediate family on March 11 on Kiawah Island, S.C.
