China Grove native starts new Web site for motorcycle enthusiasts

E-mail to a friend

Amber Freeze, a China Grove native and Mount Holly resident now, has started a Web site for singles who are motorcycle enthusiasts at www.thecyclecircle.com.

She calls the new site "a mixture of myspace.com and eharmony.com."

Freeze, who graduated from South Rowan in 1999, works at Speed TV now.

"I have had passion for motorcycles my whole life, was raised around them from dirt bikes to Harleys," she says. "I've always had the passion for motorcycles and playing matchmaker. É Why do I play matchmaker? Because I feel everyone should have happiness in the end and I love seeing the end result É happiness."

She started the company with her fiance, Matthew McSwain, who recently proposed on a surprise trip to Paris.

Freeze wants the site to enable people to find new riding buddies in their area, dates, friends and more. The site allows you to create a profile, then chat, mail, comment, make friends, vote for best bike, play games and send winks or cards. It is free for the first year.

For more information, contact info@thecyclecircle.com or call 704-699-7884.
