Man charged with trafficking heroine

Erick Thomas Eaton, 49, was arrested on a charge of trafficking heroine at 499 N. Shaver St. and Cemetery Street Dec. 9.

In other Salisbury Police reports:

- Kenneth Leroy Jones, 16, was charged with simple assault and battery Dec. 8.

- Cloree McCray Lewis, 39, was arrested on a charge of larceny at Food Lion No. 10, 525 W. Jake Alexander Blvd. Dec. 8.

- Kassie Renee Hudson, 26, was arrested on a charge of breaking and entering Dec. 9.

- Michael David Lewis, 36, was arrested on a charge of impaired driving at 1006 Mooresville Road Dec. 9.

- Tony Scott Moore, 37, was arrested on charges of possession of a controlled substance, Schedule VI, at 1006 Mooresville Road Dec. 9.

- Bobby Wayne Estes, 53, was arrested for second-degree trespassing at 605 East Innes St. Dec. 9.

- Crystal Faye Witherspoon, 37, was arrested on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia at 936 S. Jake Alexander Blvd. Dec. 10.

- Casey Lynn Carter, 26, was arrested on larceny charges at 115 W. Liberty St. Dec. 10.

- Wayne Stevenson Evans, 43, was arrested for communicating threats at 225 S. Clay St. Dec. 10.

- Michael Gene St. Peter, 532, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, Schedule II, at 500 East Cemetery St. Dec. 10.

Possession of firearm by felon arrest

Gregory Lamont Joseph was arrested for possession of a firearm by a felon; $17,500 bond; Dec. 11.

In other Sheriff's Office reports:

- Anthony Wayne Carter, 30, 3007 Airport Road reported larceny from his home Dec. 11.

- Frank's Pawn Shop, 107 N. Main St. reported someone obtained property by false pretense Dec. 11.

- Edward Guin Pressley, 51, 2504 Dawson St., Kannapolis, reported someone set fire to his BMW 318k while it was parked at a Kannapolis residence.

- Mary Helen Smith Thompson, 19, 8830 Castor Road, reported someone entered her home and removed a Play Station Dec. 11.

- Walter Carl Smith, 175 Old Mail Road, Rockwell, reported someone stole $250 worth of wood from the company property; Dec. 11.

- Jerry King, 66, 1285 Rainey Road, reported someone stole kerosene; Dec. 11.

- Edward Stanley Goodman, 64, 5925 Wright Rad, Kannapolis, reported someone stole medications and a safe from his home Dec. 11.

- Randy Wayne Kee, 40, 1480 Cannon St., Rockwell, reported someone opened an unlocked garage door and removed a go-cart motor Dec. 11.

- Lupita's Variedades reported several males presented fraudulent checks and received money Dec. 11.

- Delores Stanley, 56, 404 St. Paul's Church Road, reported a breaking and entering Dec. 11.

- Holly Eason White, 22, 221 Stockade Court, reported someone entered her unlocked apartment Dec. 11 and stole a door key. Nothing else of value was noticed missing.

- Billy Ray Walls, 34, was arrested on charges of fugitive from justice at 235 Hazel St., China Grove Dec. 11.

- Gregory Lamont Joseph, 34, was arrested on a charge of possession of a weapon by a felon at 1640 Harrison Road Dec. 11.

- Brica Tonna Miller, 27, was arrested on a charge of second-degree trespassing at 232 N. Main St. Dec. 11.

- Melissa Bradley, 38, was arrested for injury to personal property at 545 Ketner Farm Road, China Grove, Dec. 11.

- Casey Lynn Carter, 26, was arrested for larceny at 115 W. Liberty St. Dec. 11.
