Salisbury Police officers responded to a report of a disturbance Nov. 7 at Waffle House, 926 S. Jake Alexander Blvd.

She was restrained but continued to verbally assault Officer Hodgson.
After processing at the Police Department, Russell was charged with DWI, assault on a law enforcement officer, and resisting, obstruct and delay.
Bond was set at $2,500 with a court date of Dec. 11.
