Military: Benjamin Siege, Christopher Dodson, Randall Lee

Benjamin Siege

Benjamin J. Siege has been promoted to the rank of senior airman in the U.S. Air Force.

Siege, a strategic missile source analyst with three years of military service, is assigned to the Defense Intelligence Agency, Offutt Air Force Base, Omaha, Neb.

He is the son of Geoff and Pam Siege of China Grove.

The airman graduated in 1998 from South Rowan High School, and received an associate degree in 2002 from Rowan Cabarrus Community College in Salisbury. He received a bachelor's degree in 2005 from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.

Christopher Dodson

Air Force Airman Christopher L. Dodson graduated from basic military training at Lackland Air Force Base, San Antonio, Texas.

The airman completed an intensive, eight-week program that included training in military discipline and studies, Air Force core values, physical fitness, and basic warfare principles and skills.

Airmen who complete basic training earn four credits toward an associate in applied science degree through the Community College of the Air Force.

Dodson earned distinction as an honor graduate.

He is the son of Rodney Dodson of Salisbury.

The airman is a 2004 graduate of Henderson Independent High School, Salisbury.

Randall Lee

Army National Guard Pvt. Randall S. Lee has graduated from Basic Combat Training at Fort Sill, Lawton, Okla.

During the nine weeks of training, the soldier studied the Army mission and received instruction and training exercises in drill and ceremonies, Army history, core values and traditions, military courtesy, military justice, physical fitness, first aid, rifle marksmanship, weapons use, map reading and land navigation, foot marches, armed and unarmed combat, and field maneuvers and tactics.

Lee is the son of Barbara Stephens of Salisbury.
