A burglar broke into Dairy Queen, 2143 Statesville Blvd., the night of Oct. 7, according to the Salisbury Police Department.
In other Police Department reports:
- Robert Alan Thomas, 425 Freedom Drive, reported his 1999 Dodge pickup truck and a Scotts riding lawnmower were stolen the night of Oct. 7 from his driveway.
- Johnny Ray Leach reported vandals broke the windshield in an Apac Carolina Inc. truck while it was parked at 1831 W. Jake Alexander Blvd. the night of Oct. 7.
- Kenneth Wayne Miller, 1008 Locke St., reported his cell phone and wallet stolen from his home when a casual acquaintance stopped by to use the phone Oct. 8.
- John Angie Teague reported a 1999 Ford Escort was stolen off a trailer Oct. 8 at 1409 S. Martin Luther King Jr. Ave.
- Gary Nestly Withers, 340 Chesapeake Drive, reported items stolen from his and his daughter's vehicles while they were parked at his home the night of Oct. 7.
- Ann Richardson Medlin reported bedroom furniture stolen between Sept. 30 and Oct. 2 from a house at 198 Celtic Circle that she is moving out of.
- Barbara Martin Lawther, 637 Brownrigg Road, reported a burglar broke into a storage cabinet in her garage on Oct. 8.
- Jasheud Caldwell, 20, was charged Oct. 8 with communicating threats based on a complaint by Kayneesha Holmes at 808 Lakewood Drive.
- Nicole Aneysha Davis reported a burglar broke into 607 Morlan Park Road Oct. 9.
- Alvin Theodore Lee, 143 Parrish St., reported vandals broke a window at his home Oct. 9.
- Claymore Christopher Jones, 16, was charged Oct. 7 with disorderly conduct at Salisbury High School, 500 Lincolnton Road.
- Dominique Horne, 16, 611B Bringle Ferry Road, was charged Oct. 8 with simple assault and creating a public disturbance.
- Stephanie Donnele Connor, 35, 605 E. Bank St., was charged Oct. 8 with communicating threats and injury to personal property based on a complaint by Sherita Yvonne Chase, 199 Crowder Dixon Road. Trial date is Nov. 20.
